The Swiss Water process removes 99.9% of the caffeine using only water, osmosis and solubility — no chemicals. Mountain water preserves the coffee's original flavour and aroma.
We roast to City (medium) to protect the beans' flavour and oils — the most balanced point of acidity and aroma. On the palate, the sweet, smooth and silky touch of milk chocolate.
All our beans are roasted weekly; the date on the bag is the day your coffee was roasted. For the best flavour, enjoy within a month.
