From the misty slopes of Garut in West Java, Guntur Honey offers a Java experience unlike any other. Brought to life by the meticulous work of renowned producer Redi Purnawan, it is a refined combination of Typica, Ateng and the rare Yellow Bourbon.
Refreshing as a spring morning: floral notes greet you on the first sip and soon give way to the sweetness of peach and juicy yellow apple, with brown-sugar depth balancing the fruit. In the honey process part of the mucilage is left on the bean while it dries — that is where the honey-like sweetness comes from.
A limited lot chosen through Ruso Exotics' direct-trade philosophy — sealed with a handshake with our producer Redi Purnawan.
